This is a supplemental communications and resources site for homeowners and visitors to Sunshine Villas, a condominium community located in Palm Springs, California.  Here you’ll find information about HOA events and activities on our community calendar.  For information about ongoing activities there’s a section containing news articles.  Registration and login are required to access homeowner content.

 

Sunshine Villas is professionally managed by Personalized Property Management Company (PPM).  PPM provides online resources for homeowners through their Homeowner Portal.  All official documents pertaining to HOA management including the association CC&Rs, ByLaws and Board of Director meeting agendas and meeting minutes are available there.  The portal also provides online capabilities to pay your HOA dues, and to submit maintenance, architectural and landscape requests electronically.  A separate registration & login is required to access the PPM Homeowner Portal.
